De La Luna
“I am from Ciudad Jardín, Lomas del Palomar. I was born in 1978 (44 years old). At the age of 14 I bought my first guitar, an acoustic, and at the same time the electric one and the high school bands bands came along.
In 2015 I was proposed to buy a rare epiphone guitar and I decided to consult the luthier Alejandro Garro @garro_guitars (a stranger to me at the time) beforehand, who responded with a really extensive message. I asked him if he gave lutherie classes and he told me that he wanted to but not at the moment.
From then on we continue texting and he always says that I am the one who is 'to blame' for finally started to teach. I studied with him, I maked three instruments (two guitars and a bass) and we continued our friendship beyond the lutherie.
I am an electrician technician and I always liked to get my hands on my guitars, so I think that luthería was the logical step. Today my intention is to continue learning and little by little to build a workshop to dedicate myself to construction more than anything, although I also do maintenance and some repairs.
My focus is on electric instruments: guitars and basses.

Someday I would like to get into the world of acoustic instruments, someday...”. — De La Luna
